Tom Thornton

Tom Thornton

President Tom Thornton has spent three decades covering a wide variety of successful large and small businesses. His education background spans from Western Michigan University, University of Arkansas, University of Oklahoma. Along with extensive schooling and business ventures Tom is a dad to two adult sons and a dedicated husband Tom has been involved in the adult foster care field for over 35 years.

Dororthy Thornton

Provider Dorothy has spent her entire life serving others. During her career as a high school counselor she found great purpose in helping her students through the complicated high school years. This purpose grew into into a passion for improving the lives of those struggling the greatest. She has been dedicated to providing a program for consumers with the most challenging backgrounds. She has worked tirelessly to create a welcoming environment to the consumers who choose our homes.

Dawn Speese

Dawn Speese

Administrative Director Dawn has spent the last 21 years in the adult foster care field. Dawn is continuously working to improve our programs with a special emphasis in corporate and contract compliance, staff development and writing and implementing company policies and procedures.

Lisa Sanchez

Lisa Sanchez

Program Supervisor AEC I Lisa has worked with us for over 12 years and is currently running our AEC 1 program in Allegan. Lisa has a deep compassion for the consumers we serve and excels in building relationships with both the residents and the staff and is dedicated to providing a high quality of life to our consumers.

Monique Sonntag

Monique Sonntag

Program Supervisor, AEC II Monique has been with AEC for over 20 years. She currently manages AEC II. Monique's positive personality and compassion for others make her a valuable member of our administrative team. Monique is very involved with developing personalized programs for each individual consumer as well working on staff development and can always be found to have a warm and welcoming smile.

Karen Cotton

Karen Cotton

Program Supervisor AEC III Karen has been with AEC for over 12 years and currently runs our Decatur program. Karen has amazing insight into motivating and encouraging each individual consumer that enters into the Decatur program. Karen has been consequential in creating a structured environment which has proven successful for consumers with a diagnosis on the Autism and Asperger Spectrums as well as others that function better in a structured environment.

Assistant Manager AEC III

Torey Craighead

Torey Craighead

Torey Craighead is the assistant manager at our Davis St. location. She has an extensive background in healthcare. Torey is a valuable asset to our team and excels in organization. Tori has made a large impact as assistant manager not only with organization and communication but also with our residents.

Rebecca Supernois

Rebecca Supernois

Med Coordinator AEC II Rebecca has been with AEC for 2 years. She currently serves as the Medication Coordinator for AEC II in Allegan and is an assistant manager in training at AEC II. Rebecca has a great sense of humor and is always willing to jump in and help when needed.

Brittany VanHorn

Brittany VanHorn

Med Coordinator AEC I Brittany serves as the Medication Coordinator at AEC I in Allegan. She has a background in healthcare with a focus in medication administration. Brittany has great attention for detail and has been a great asset for the team.

Alexis Montiel

Alexis Montiel

Medication Coordinator AEC III Alexis currently serves as the medication coordinator for out AEC III home in Decatur. Alexis also has experience as a direct care worker.

Theresa Rhoda

Theresa Rhoda

Corporate Office Administrative Support Theresa has been with Falco/AEC for over 14 years. Theresa provides vital support to the entire administrative team including coordinating staff training, billing, corporate communications and is the primary contact for processing new consumer referrals.

Hanna Speese

Hanna Speese

Staffing and Marketing Coordinator Hanna serves as the Staffing and Marketing Coordinator for all three of the homes. Hanna has worked for the company for 3 years and has experience working in all three of our locations and has recently graduated summa cum laude with a bachelors degree in business administration.
